Welcome to the Smart Kid store. We are committed to offering high-quality products and reliable service.
Please read the following terms and conditions before completing your purchase.

1. Shipping and delivery

We deliver orders to the specified address within one to two working days in Doha and nearby areas.

Delivery times may vary in more distant areas depending on the courier's schedule.

If there is a delay beyond our control, we will contact you and update you on your order status.

2. Returns and exchanges policy

Unused purchases can be exchanged or returned within three days of delivery.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products personalised with the child's name cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error.

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Payment methods

Online payment

We accept bank card payments through a secure, approved payment gateway in Qatar, and we do not store any payment card data.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash to the courier when you receive your order. An additional service fee may apply depending on the area and the delivery company's policy.

Fawran or bank transfer

You can request the transfer details after placing your order by contacting us on WhatsApp. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

4. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective product or one that doesn't match your order, please contact us on WhatsApp within twenty-four hours of delivery.

We will review the case and take the appropriate action, whether an exchange or a refund.

5. Return conditions

Products to be returned or exchanged must be in the same condition in which they were received.

The order number or receipt must be provided.

All accessories supplied with the product, if any, must be returned.
