🚚 Delivery within Qatar

• We deliver to all areas of Qatar on the same day or the next day after your order is confirmed.
• Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your area.
• Books personalised with your child's name are prepared carefully before shipping, and our team will contact you as soon as your order is out for delivery.

✈️ International shipping

• We ship to most countries via Qatar Post (Qatar Post EMS).
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
• Any customs duties or taxes charged in the destination country (if applicable) are paid by the customer according to local regulations.
• If your country isn't listed, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help you.

🔄 Exchange and returns policy

Products personalised with your child's name (interactive activity books):

• These cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
• In that case, we will replace the product immediately and cover all shipping costs.

Non-personalised products:

• Can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and in their complete packaging.

To report a defect or problem: contact us on WhatsApp with photos of the product, and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.
